When Graduates Return, Have Them Teach a Class
Let them explain to students what
they are doing now that they have left school.
What skills are they using that the school taught them?
What skills are they lacking that would have better prepared them for college, the workplace, or the military?
Not only will this give the graduate an ego boost, but it also shows off the success that graduates have after graduating from your school.
As a reward, take them to the teachers' cafeteria and treat them to lunch.
Let them meet their former teachers and have the teachers ask the graduate what could they have done better to prepare the students for the world after school.
